Just wanted to share my first self-hypnosis experience.
Tried self-hypnosis for the first time and as the title says I can’t believe how well it worked!
It was 4am and I had trouble falling asleep so I searched on the internet for relaxation method where I stumbled upon self-hypnosis. I was very septic about it mostly since I have never hypnotized myself or been hypnotized by someone else so I had my doubts this would work. But I couldn’t sleep so i decided to give it a shot. I followed the steps and it legitimately worked! I felt like I was sleeping while still being conscious. It was really relaxing. When I wanted to end it, I followed the last step and I soon as I think of the last number (1) my eyes open and the sensation fades away.
When I checked the time I realized I was in that state for around 30min.
It didn’t quite help me to fall asleep but it sure did help me to relax!
